This regulations lays down rules for the use and operation of the website iPORTFOLIO.pl located at the Internet address www.iportfolio.pl. The provisions of the Regulations and any annexes and additions, which are its integral parts, together with the law on Polish territory, in an exclusive way define the rights and obligations of the Website Users and the rights, duties and responsibilities of the entities claiming the conduct and administration of the services made available iPORTFOLIO.pl through the Website.
Any capitalized words whose meaning has been defined below, should be understood as follows:
Regulations - this document, including all attachments and appendices, which clearly refer to it;
Website - Website iportfolio.pl located at the Internet address www.iportfolio.pl, which is a web-based platform, which consists of a number of elements relevant Internet services and complex electronically supplied services to Users. Using an application provided by the Website iportfolio.pl User can create a User Page and online shop. Measure application allows the User to sell Goods over the Internet;
Administrator - the entity managing and running the Website, which is FRUIT MEDIA entered into the business register under number 443295, VAT number: 5272231414, REGON: 140858697;
E-mail box - electronic mail box characterized by individual Internet address of the person (e-mail), through which a person can send and receive messages and other data through the Internet service;
User - a natural person over the age of 18, who creates an Account on the Website, by giving Login and getting a password allowing to log in to Account;
Login - User name in the Website, login is the email address provided by the User at the stage of establishment (registration) Account in the Website;
Account - accessible to the User after logging in (administration Login and password) in the Website, through which a User enters and manages their data and can activate and deactivate various options Website on your User Page, part of the functions of the Website remains not available;
PORTFOLIO Basic - the service is available free of charge for each User;
PORTFOLIO Standard/ PORTFOLIO Professional/ PORTFOLIO Premium - service activated temporarily, after the User a fee. After activation User has access to some or all of the Website functions, depending on the selected service;
User Page - a place on the Internet Site located in the default address namesurname.iportfolio.pl, as specified by the User during registration. The User Page's posted (shown) information, data, images, online shop and other items provided by the User, communicated by him to the Website in an autonomous and voluntary; through which it places User can sell Goods over the Internet to other Users or people using the Internet, and non-Users;
Goods - in favor, service or law, which may be sold in accordance with the Regulations;
Seller - User offering Goods for sale as part of an online shop;
Buyer - User or the person using the Internet is not a User, takes action aimed at acquiring or buying the Goods as part of an online shop;
CUSTOM page - a place on the User Page a general nature;
SLIDES page - a place on the User Page dedicated to the presentation of images and videos taken from Youtube.com and Vimeo.com;
MUSIC page - a place on the User Page dedicated presentation of tracks in mp3;
THUMBNAIL page - a place on the User Page which is a collection of adjacent elements - images, which can lead to other pages;
BLOG page - a place on the User Page dedicated to the User running the blog;
NEWS page - a place on the User Page dedicated presentation of news;
CONTACT page - a place on the User Page intended to present the contact details of the User;
SHOP page - a place on the User Page designed to run an online shop;
Help - a place on Website, the User may at any time to learn how to perform specific actions to achieve the desired objectives;
Cookies - these are short text files which are computer data, used to browse the contents of the Website - that are stored on your device the ultimate User.

User - a natural person over 18 years of age who successfully created an Account on the Website.
Account - a place on the Website available to a given User after logging in (entering the Login and password) through which the User enters and manages his data and can activate and deactivate individual Website options on his User Page, some of the Website functions remain unavailable.
User Page - place on the Internet located on the Website at the default address login.iportfolio.pl, provided by the User during registration. The User’s Website publishes (presents) information, data, photos, an online store and other elements provided by the User, provided by him to the Website on an independent and voluntary basis.

For this purpose, we process data such as: company or individual address data, tax identification number, bank account number. This data is not available to other Website Users.

For these purposes, we process personal data regarding your activity on the Website, such as: visited pages and subpages of the Website and the amount of time spent on each of them, as well as data on your search history, your IP address, location, device ID and browser data, and operating system.
Marketing of our services
For this purpose, we process the personal data provided by you during registration and data regarding your activity on the Website, recorded and stored via cookies. Activity data relates in particular to such data as: search history, clicks on the Website, visits to the main pages of the Website and its subpages, login and registration dates, data on the use of specific services on the Website, history and your activity related to our e-mail communication with you.
This data is used to create your profile that represents your interests and preferences of places and geographies. Then, to the professional profile created in this way, we adjust marketing information about our products and services of our Service Providers that may be of interest to you.
In order to reach you with our marketing messages outside the Website, we use the services of external suppliers. We provide your personal data if requested by authorized state authorities, in particular organizational units of the prosecutor’s office, the Police, the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (in the future the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), the President of the Office for Competition Protection and Consumers or the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.
We store your personal data for the period of having an Account on the Website. After deleting the Account, your data will be anonymized, with the exception of the following data: name, surname, e-mail address, information on consents (we will keep this data for a period of 3 years from deleting the Account for the purpose of considering complaints and claims related to the use of our services).
We store personal data of users who are not logged in for a period of time corresponding to the life cycle of cookies stored on their devices.
The right to withdraw consent
